The restaurant

For those who want to come during the restaurant’s opening hours, the menu will vary with what our fjord, mountains and berry bushes have to offer. The menu is set up on the same day and we can therefore not inform about what will be on the menu in the future.

Home-made burgers of venison, shot in the mountains above Christian Gaard, will be on the menu while stocks last. Dishes of wild salmon, fished from your own seine net, may appear on the menu if the fishing is good.

Outside of the high season, from September to May, the offer will be somewhat smaller.

Celebrations

If you want to have a party, conference or similar with us, we will put together a menu according to your wishes.

Tapas with hot and cold dishes from our fjords and mountainsides are a popular choice. Another regular is a buffet with both red and white bacalao. And, of course, you get homemade olive bread.
